TESTIMONIALS
Polar provides services to a multitude of market sectors and companies choose to work with us for our reputation for delivering high-quality, cost effective parts all while satisfying demanding lead times. Here is what they had to say:

Cinimod Studio
“Emergence is exquisitely engineered. The result is fantastic; the design and build is unique and beautiful. It’s a real testament to team effort and collaboration and I really appreciate the hours (and weekends) that was put into this project by the team at Polar Manufacturing. The sculpture is unique for its form and is a triumph of design, engineering and production.”

Bloodhound
“I would like to thank all at Polar for their effort in getting our parts completed. I know it hasn’t been easy but the quality and service has been exemplary. Luke especially has ensured that this program has been completed to schedule and communication between Polar and Bloodhound enabled rapid decisions to be made.”

CAD+
“We asked Polar to help us on a challenging project where they essentially had one chance to get it right. Not fazed by this the Polar team embraced the job and employed a blend of process-controlled engineering and stunning craftsmanship. To find that perfect balance of engineering and craftmanship would have been tough enough, but to do all that and get it right first time took something extra special. Thanks to the Polar team.”

GUYTON GUITARS
“Ever since my first visit to Polar Manufacturing, they have never been less than completely positive and professional. The work they carry out for me is definitely on the smaller side of what they are used to, but I am always made to feel like my work is important to them. The work is always carried out to very high standard and delivered on time. I really wouldn’t want to use anyone else.”

THE LIGHT AIRCRAFT COMPANY
“Needing to modify the mouldings for a aircraft cockpit and engine covers and no drawings, some existing parts that didn’t appear to match those on the aircraft, it was decided that a 3D scan of the actual aircraft would be beneficial.
Having been informed that Polar processed the necessary equipment and they were local to us, we approached them to see if they were interested in the project, they were most helpful from the outset. The Scan of the aircraft was carried out quickly and efficiently, both externally and internally and also managed to scan some ancillary parts while onsite all in one day!
The stl data was supplied within a couple of days, this has allowed us to get some exact measurements from the aircraft. This would have been very difficult if not impossible using conventional measuring equipment. We would most certainly use Polar again on future projects.”
